Attribution-on-commits configuration.

Currently one field; the section exists so we can add future per-surface flags (PR-body attribution, author rewriting, etc.) without breaking the schema.

When true (the default), the daemon’s system prompt instructs the model to append Co-Authored-By: seal <noreply@sealedsecurity.com> to every commit message it produces via git commit / jj commit / gt create / etc. Setting false removes the instruction section from the system prompt entirely; the model won’t add the trailer on its own.
